Arrange a consultation in Rugby
To book a consultation, ask about a tooth that is worrying you or arrange urgent care, contact the practice. A real person answers, books you in and passes anything urgent to the clinician the same day.
What to tell us
Which tooth or side is painful, how long it has troubled you, what aggravates it and whether your dentist has seen it or taken X-rays. If you have been referred, mention your dentist so that Angel Ognemirov can keep them informed. If dental treatment makes you anxious, please say so.
Why we ask you to call
A short conversation establishes what a form cannot: how urgent the problem is, whether the tooth has been treated before and how long an appointment you will need — and you get an answer straight away.
Before you attend
- A note of your medication and any medical conditions
- Recent X-rays of the tooth, or ask your dentist to send them
- Eat beforehand — an appointment can last up to 90 minutes
- Avoid eating on that side until the numbness wears off (two to four hours)
In pain right now?
- Say your symptoms are urgent when you get in touch
- A swelling spreading fast, difficulty swallowing or breathing, or feeling very unwell needs medical help now: NHS 111 or A&E
- If an adult tooth is knocked out, put it back in the socket or keep it in milk and be seen within the hour
